
'Bheja Masala Ingredients:- Goat Brain - 3 Onions- 2 Cumin - 1/2 tsp Curry leaves- 1 sprig Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp Turmeric- 1/2 tsp Green chillies- 3 Chilli powder- 1 tsp Coriander powder- 1 tsp Garam masala- 1/2 tsp Pepper- 1/2 tsp Oil - 2 tsp Salt - To Taste Water - As Required Method:- Boil brain in turmeric water for 4-5 minutes and keep aside. Now in a pan add oil, cumin, onions, curry leaves , salt and sauté it for few minutes. Then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and crushed pepper. Toss it well and add boiled goat brain and mix it well. Cook for 4-5 minutes closed and serve with rumali roti/ Chapathi'
