'14 Unique Northern Thai Foods (Pork Brain + Honeycomb) MARATHON Thai Meal w Friends from Hawaii'

'Introducing two of the coolest, most high ENERGY dudes I\'ve ever met!! It is an absolute marathon of a Northern Thai food dinner, in honor of Brock and Caleb\'s visit to Chiang Mai, Thailand, and thank you for hanging with us!!  In a video that checks off more than a few \'firsts,\' it was an incredible meal, a blast to spend time with them, and again thank YOU for sharing your time energy and love with us today as well - let the ULTIMATE Northern Thai feast of friends begin!  \'Pett Doi Ngaam\' is one of those places in Chiang Mai which I have (purposely!) yet to show in a video.  Maybe it was one of the few places that I wanted to just leave \"as is,\" and not think that I had anything at all to do with changing the restaurant, with adding any other \'regulars\' (not that this restaurant needs any more!  They are legendary already!!), but maybe it just doesn’t need many more people like myself coming in and changing the ambiance… like I said, this place is just perfect “as is!”  I thought that for tonight though, we needed something that was both family style, authentic Northern food, but also a place with a menu of EPIC proportions.    This powerful meeting of the forces of happiness-through-food needed the best setting I could give - and there is no place around like \'Pett Doi Ngaam.\'  If you\'re in the area, and you\'re in the mood for authentic Northern Thai food, restaurant style, it doesn\'t get any better than this place.  I give many details dish-by-dish throughout the meal of course, but you can see a list of the full 14 dishes as we are ordering (Actually we order one more at the end, so really its 15 dishes!).  The menu at this restaurant is INCREDIBLE, over 100 dishes to choose from, a place where you can literally close your eyes and point randomly at the menu, and consider yourself a WINNER every single time.
