'I’m going to do a little fitness blog until I get to where I want physically and mentally. Ever sense I started junior high I’ve been disgusted with how I looked in the mirror. I was 190lbs and only 5’3” at the age of 13. I would overeat and constantly turn to food when things got tough. As I grew older, I learned about calories and toxic diet fads. I slowly began to fall Into an ED and I ended up losing over 50lbs. I didn’t exercise and this has led me to reducing a large portion of my muscle mass. I’m sick of how I feel with my relationship towards food and my body so I’m starting a new chapter in my life. This vlog will help me document my journey. I’m not expecting to gain followers from this but I am expecting to improve enough to where I am satisfied with who I am
