'This was my first every fitness epo and I was honoured that the organisers asked me to give 2 talks about my entry into the industry as an author! (We also got into being a 6\'5\" vegan!) I\'ve put individual videos with fitness influencers into seperate videos but I wanted to put this together to give a more raw personal flavour of my time and to show the \"behind the scenes\" stuff chilling backstage with some of the most famous (yet so fucking real and genuine) people in the industry. I have mixed feelings about the expo... it was amazing to meet all the incredible people and a lot of my fans (waaay more than I thought I had - thank you, you were all literally incredible!) but on the flip side, I really don\'t give a fuck about 50 different protein bar samples. Especially when you all get them made in the same contract manufacturing facility and they all taste identical... So yeah. Loved the people. Loved the celebrities. Loved the expo team. Loved the fun activities. Loved the bodybuilding show co-located there. Hated the uninspired brands exhibiting there. Will I be going next year?
