But before heading there... we check out a new area being developed, with an important marker.    This is just a raw night in Basilan, with some of my good local friends.  The spicy tempura was delicious, and the unique pancakes.  Even after the sun goes down... the city glows.    This was just a taste of the Filipino street food night market...  GO BASILAN!
