
'The idea that you can work up an appetite with exercise may not be entirely true. A study at BYU found that women who exercised for 45 minutes in the morning had diminished food motivation. The study measured the neural responses of women to food images after they exercised. The study found people who exercised also didn\'t eat more that day to make up for burned calories.'
