To watch Robuchon\'s seemingly infinite number of chefs working their art is pure theatre and truly magical.   I\'ve never seen anything like it....it\'s a culinary ballet.  Let\'s be clear, Joel Robuchon is one of the most expensive \'chains\' of restaurants in the world with eateries in Las Vegas, Paris & Asia....however, when you see a chef spending his entire night cutting the best Jamon so delicately....or a guy with tweezers finishing every dish, you can absolute justify every penny Joel requests.
