'Brain Cutlets/ Maghaz Kay Kabab Recipe #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #BakraEidSpecial  Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3BlXkn9  Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com  Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app  Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk  Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk  Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk  Also follow @Healthy Fusion  & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid\'s special recipes.  00:00 Brain Cutlets/ Maghaz kay Kabab 00:16 Cleaning 01:09 Prepare kababs 02:11 Aray waah  Recipe in English:  Ingredients: -Water 3 Cups or as required -Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Bakray ka maghaz (Mutton brain) 4 (400g) -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste  -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed ½ tbs -Garam masala powder ¼ tsp -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs -Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 2 -Pyaz (Onion) chopped & squeezed 1 medium  -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs  -Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying   Directions: -In a wok,add water,vinegar,turmeric powder & bring it to boil. -Add mutton brains,cover & boil on medium flame for 6-8 minutes. -Devein & chop well with the help of knife.  -Take out in a bowl,add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder, coriander seeds,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,all-purpose flour,gram flour,green chilli,onion,fresh coriander & mix until well combined. -Take a small quantity of mixture with the help of spoon,coat with breadcrumbs & make cutlets of equal sizes (makes 11-12). -In a frying pan,add cooking oil & fry cutlets on medium flame from both sides until golden brown. -Serve brain cutlets with chutney or tomato ketchup.  Recipe in Urdu:  Ajza: -Water 3 Cups or as required -Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Bakray ka maghaz (Mutton brain) 4 (400g) -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste  -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed ½ tbs -Garam masala powder ¼ tsp -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs -Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 2 -Pyaz (Onion) chopped & squeezed 1 medium  -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs  -Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying   Directions: -Karahi mein pani,sirka aur haldi powder dal dein aur ubal anay dein. -Bakray ka maghaz dal ker dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya boil ker lein. -Devein ker lein aur knife ki madad sa ache tarhan chop ker lein. -Bowl mein nikal lein,adrak lehsan paste,namak,lal mirch powder,zeera powder,haldi powder,sabut dhania,garam masala powder,kali mirch powder,maida,baisan,hari mirch,pyaz aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Spoon ki madad sa mixture ki small quantity la lein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker ka equal sizes ka cutlets tayyar ker lein (makes 11-12). -Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur cutlets ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein  -Brain cutlets ko chutney ya tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein.'
