'Here is my utterly cosy apple crumble baked oats recipe, which I like to enjoy with a drizzle of dairy free custard. It\'s super quick and easy to make and is great for breakfast or dessert. Apple crumble baked oats recipe (serves 1): Ingredients: - 50g oats - 50g yoghurt - 50g apple (peeled, chopped and cooked) - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tbsp sweetener - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon - Handful of sultanas - 3 tbsp boiling water Method: 1. Pre-heat oven to 180C/ 350F/ gas mark 4. 2. Put hot water and oats in a bowl and stir to thicken slightly. 3. Add all of the other ingredients to it and combine. 4.
