I did a lot of research to try and find the best, cheapest and most accessible cruelty free make up brands that were either vegan, or were very good with their vegan product labelling, in the UK. These brands are not owned by parent companies who test on animals, and they do not sell in China (where animal testing is mandatory). I got products from E.L.F, Barry M, B. Cosmetics and Ecotools to show you guys! I got almost all of this on sale, hence why I was able to afford most of it.
