Spelt Dinner Rolls. Alkaline Electric

2 cups spelt flour  1 cup garbanzo beans  3/4 cup hemp milk  1/4 cup mineral water  Dash sea salt 2 tbsp grape seed oil  Knead dough, use extra dry flour if needed.  Cut out biscuits with a cookie cutter.  Roll after brush with grape seed oil and bake at 350 -400 degrees for 20 -25 mins.  Use for burgers,  sandwiches or an add on to your electric meals.  Homemade is best.
