Simply add them to your workout routine to spice things up, provide a new muscle-building stimulus, and build confidence. Remember, these are to help supplement my home workouts. I do not use them as the only item. I still own adjustable dumbbells, a pull-up and dip bar and a bench with other smaller items. All of them work together to enhance my workouts. I definitely recommend these if you don\'t already own a pair of resistance bands. I will be keeping the U-Powex as my go-to, but these are the exact same thing as long as you receive the same ones I did. I know these white-label products could be something you didn\'t ask for. However, both the U-Powex and Whatafit have shown to be excellent for my home workouts. Remember, be consistent, eat and recover for energy and always focus on improving. Be fit - game on!
