Healthy Acai Berry Ice Cream  This video describes the ingredients and methods for making a vegan, healthy and super delicious Acai Berry ice-cream and briefly describes the health benefits of Acai Berry. Ingredients: 1. Ripe Bananas - 2 Large 2. Cashew Nuts - 1 Cup 3. Medjool Dates - 1 Cup 4. Virgin Coconut Oil - 1 Tbsp (10 Grams) 5. Organic Acai Powder - 3 Tbsp (40 Grams) 6. Plant Based Milk or Milk of Your Choice - 2 Cups (400 Grams) 7. Ice-Cream Maker 8. Bring a Good Appetite.  Preparation: 1. In a food processor, add the bananas, cashews, dates, coconut oil, acai powder, and milk and blend. 2. Turn your ice-cream machine. Pour the blended ingredients. 3. After the ice-cream machine has churned for 20-25 minutes, pour the mixture into an air tight container. 4. Refrigerate for 4-6 Hours. 5. Enjoy a healthy and delicious dessert.  References: 1.
