I work in customer service for 35 years they ARE THE WORST I after getting a diabetic attack and shaking cause of the rep demanded a supervisor who phoned me to find out what happened said theyd do investigating. I even said going out of state do not phone me,not only called back said I was right . with that never gave me back any of the premium I paid but more than 1 more time agreeing that he was rude to me I had to have same caller s 3 more calls, never called back why would you..."
