'5 exercise components for us seasoned folks. Start where you are, and be consistent. Sorry about the jiggly camera work. It calms down as I get into the video. Also, I forgot a couple points. 1) For resistance work, you can start with just motion, then add a pound at a time, as long as you can do 15 reps in each set. 2) For the bird dog, if your knees can\'t tolerate the floor position, do it standing, while usind one hand for balance. and 3) Have fun, stick with it, and get a partner to encourage you!
