
'This follow along hardcore Tabata style HIIT workout will push you to your limits. It\'s a bodyweight only workout so no need for any equipment. It\'s a classic style Tabata workout, which consists of 3 seperate circuits and all exercises are repeated 8 times. It\'s a lot of repetition but this will push you to your limits, ensuring you lose max amount of calories. PLEASE REMEMBER CALORIE LOSS WILL VARY FROM PERSON TO PERSON. I burned a total of 530 kcal in this workout. The amount you can lose will greatly depend on the effort you put in and other factors such as your age, gender etc. Your heart rate should be elevated but not too high and you should be able to hold a conversation throughout.
