
'TABATA FAT BURNING WORKOUT - Grab your dumbbells and work your way through this full body tabata circuit workout, designed to help you torch calories fast. You\'ll need 1 set of moderately heavy weights to complete this follow along tabata workout. I used 5kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level. There are 4 circuits to complete. Work through each circuit 3 x through 20 secs work/10 secs rest.
