'HOW TO GROW BIG SHOULDERS. Everyone wants 3D delts. The key when training Shoulder Muscles or Delts is not to overload the joint but keep tension through the desired muscles.     Front delts get hit quite a lot when training Chest, Biceps, Triceps and in nearly every other exercise especially when training in the frontal plane. I like to use a machine press for more accessory work to finish shoulders off or to warm them up depending on the phase of my training.'
