'Pilates Reformer Workout: Example Flow'

'Here\'s a new reformer workout flow for 2018!  This is most of my \'Feel Good Flow\', which we do weekly at VBodies.  If this gets you interested in Pilates, check out your local studio!  Many studios offer a complimentary workout if you\'ll contact them directly.   After a few minutes you\'ll feel why the Reformer is so much more efficient and core-connected than body-weight training.  First, it\'s a LOW-IMPACT machine.  It can stand alone as your weekly body-care routine, intense daily training, or cross-training for the gym or sports.    After 10 years as a hardcore personal trainer in gyms, my body was breaking down.  Pilates workouts took me OUT OF PAIN and imbalance-- by helping me re-organize my strength patterns, and making my POSTURE and CORE dominant during any \'move\'.  Now I use my Pilates knowledge in yoga, in the gym, while running, and it keeps me in control of my body.   I will forever be a leader of Pilates, and I\'ll never be a gym trainer anymore.     I\'m almost 36 now, and my body is lighter, stronger, more postured, limber and flexible with ZERO PAIN.  This wasn\'t the case 10 years ago, when I was aching and hurting, and I couldn\'t even touch my toes or pick something up without fear.  Now I have total confidence my workouts are absolutely the vey best thing I can be doing for my body, and for the members at VBodies.  Join in with us, and Pilates can be your solution too!'
