'Body Beast Equipment - You Do Not Need that Much!'

After going through the program myself, I found out there is an opportunity to literally ROCK and ROLL without having a TON of Body Beast Equipment. In this video I will explore the minimum requirements for Body Beast equipment that you need in order to achieve the results you deserve. Obviously, if you max out on all of the different equipment needs, that is great, but if you are on a budget or don\'t have a lot of room, don\'t let that stop you from beasting up!  The three major things you need in regards to Body Beast Equipment include:  1. Dumbbells (I use 5s, 8s, 10s, 15s, 20s, 25s, 40s). Best option is an adjustable weight dumbbell [0:43]  2. Stability Ball (or Bench) [1:50]  3. Pull-Up Bar or Resistance Bands. Not only that, you get the opportunity to really SAVE money in the long term versus going to the Gym. Then, you get the minimum required Body Beast equipment, and you are on your way to success for long term. No monthly fees for the Gym.
