Here, I have used hung-curd which is easily available in every household in india. Toppings are chosen so as to heighten the nutritional value of the smoothie bowl, and to add a crunchy - nutty texture to it. You can use any combination of super-foods such as walnuts, sesame seeds, flax seeds, watermelon seeds etc. This can make a very good healthy recipe for a pink food challenge!
