
'This resistance band workout focuses on the whole body to help burn body fat and get the arms, chest, core, legs and glutes nice and toned up! There are no repeats in this work out, so there is tons of variety! This video is only one of a series of videos where I show you how to use resistance bands to strengthen every part of your body. Many people buy resistance bands and do not know how to use them fully, so I put this video together to help you to get the most out of your band workout! Warm up first and change bands throughout where necessary to make sure you are always challenging yourself. Each exercise is two sets with 60 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest.
