'Hello Beautiful People! I recorded and uploaded this video before Jaclyn’s video went live with her explanation as to the holes, fibers, etc. so the entire video was filmed without that knowledge and before she broke her silence. I hope you all are ok with a different perspective and a different video than you’re used to today; I didn’t feel right just sitting here and ripping apart someone knowing that she must be hurting and going through a lot. Just to clarify one more time- If you’re not comfortable using your lipsticks for whatever reason then I don’t think you should- I think you should get your refund and replacement and use with confidence. For myself, I haven’t decided what to you yet and I will weigh my options carefully before putting these on my lips. Thank you all for letting me exist in your world, I appreciate you all so much!'
